HPMA, INC PROMOTER MEETING

JANUARY 21, 2006

• HPMA will provide all clubs this year with arm bands for gate fee collection and bike bands for practice
• Uear end awards for the 85C and 125C classes will go to 10th place
• 2-day races = Laramie - Gillette - Worland - based on track evaluations from '05
• Gate fees will remain at $5 per person for 6 and over
• Race entry fees will be $5 higher per class :  $30 Pro classes & Outlaw / $25 B & C classes (incl-80A; supermini; 65A; 40+, PWA; MNC 10-12; Womens & Schoolboy)  /   $20 for PWB; Mini-Quad & MNC 6-9
• New class added to schedule = SCHOOLBOY 12-16, 125cc 2-stroke or 250F 4-stroke, NON-PRO
• Rulebook clarifications will be made to reflect the new larger bores coming out and their legal class to run in
• 250F fourstroke NOT ALLOWED in the 250 class unless modified. If modified - then not allowed in 125 class
• Casper needs to have bigger gate to accomodate bigger classes on Pee Wee track
• Douglas needs to get gate drop device for Pee Wee Track
• Schedule set for 2006 (posted to calendar)
